Class Descriptions
WeMoa RunClub —> It’s Free
Midweek motivation, community spirit, and a good sweat — all in one hour.
We meet at the WeMoa HQ (please arrive no later than 5 minutes before the start).
After a 1–2 km easy jog to warm up and get to know each other, we arrive at the workout location of the day. There, we train with intervals designed so everyone can run at their own pace, stay motivated by the group, and leave feeling proud and strong. We finish with a 1–2 km cool-down jog back to HQ — wrapping it all up before the hour is over!
Join the WeMoa Community for our weekly run through Moabit, where every pace and level is welcome.
🏃♀️ All levels welcome — we run as one.
⚠️ Please join only if you’re feeling well and healthy — your energy affects the whole group.

Mobility and Control
Find strength, freedom, and control in the positions your body usually avoids.
This session is designed for anyone who wants to move better, feel lighter, and build real control over their body. Mobility & Control goes beyond stretching — it develops coordination, stability, and strength through range in the angles and movements that usually feel “weak,” “stiff,” or “unfamiliar.” Perfect for beginners and experienced movers alike.
You’ll explore slow, intentional patterns that challenge joints, deep stabilizers, and the small-but-powerful muscles that hold everything together. We train rotation, bending, balancing, low positions, and unexpected angles — teaching your body how to stay organized, responsive, and safe even when things feel awkward.
Each session is coached with clear cues, safe progressions, and attention to detail so you can move correctly and confidently. The goal is to build a body that feels capable, resilient, and ready for anything.

Join us for a refreshing morning adventure that’s more than just a workout!
We kick things off by meeting at the WeMoa HQ 5 minutes before the listed start time (bike mandatory) then at the start of the class we hop on our bikes, ride to the beautiful Plötzensee lakeside escape. We will meet at the Strandbad Main Entrance 15 minutes after the listed start time of the class (for those without bikes). Then we enter. Once we arrive, we’ll slow it down with some calming breath work directly on the beach, grounding ourselves in nature.
Then, once we are recovered from the breathing it’s time to dive in—literally! Refresh with a cold swim in the lake, all year 'round into the winter we go. Feeling the the cold, sun (when it is there), the water, and all the good vibes. It’s a ride, it’s a breath, it’s a splash—all in one unforgettable experience. Come for the "workout," stay for the journey! We Leave the lake on our bikes punctually to be back at 1 hour after start time. For those without a bike here is where we say our goodbyes.
Please only come if you are feeling well. Once the temperatures start getting colder it becomes more and more intense for the body as a whole. If you have any heart condition, cardiovascular problems, epilepsy or other serious health problems you should always consult a doctor before starting with breath work and cold swimming.
