    FOUNDER & Head Coach

    With a vision for building something meaningful, Noah’s vision is to create a space for making the Kiez Stronger. Together. This vision sets the tone for everything we do and offer from strength training to monthly brunches.

  • CaroKlee

    COACH

    Caro has an energy about her that you have to experience. She has been coaching since 2019 and has been guiding breathwork classes since 2025. While it may not be glamorous, her forever go-to food will always be baked potatoes with quark (very German, very reliable).

  • Lars Claußen

    COACH

    Lars has always loved being active I turned this love into a Profession, studying Sports science and graduating with my Masters from Humboldt-University. My favorite Food is anything that contains Black Beans. I could go a 100 years on frijoles refritos.

    Movement is in my DNA. Competitive swimming and trail races across the world, spin, pilates, circuits, and yes, a brief but glorious stint in dodgeball.

    Fair warning: my playlists are an experience. 2000s club anthems, emo, power rock, and enough 80s/90s cheese to make you cringe and grin simultaneously. Music makes me move and I'm betting it'll do the same for you.

    Movement is one of the favorite constants in my life! It all started in my childhood with more than a decade of Equestrian vaulting as a teamsport. My love for creativity and movement evolved and found inspiration in my Yogaasana practice!

    My favorite food is vegan Pho and yes, I can tell you where to get the best one!

    Yuri has an energy and a way of teaching that you simply need to experience. Embody your strength through dynamic, empowering, breath-led sequences. Her classes are open to all levels, with beginners always welcome.
