Join the WeMoa RunClub every Wednesday evening for INTERVALS from 19:00-20:00. IT’S FREE.
These intervals are designed for runners of all levels, whether you're just starting out or are an experienced runner looking for a fun group to train with. Each run starts with a warm-up run to get everyone ready (1-2km), then the intervals (3-5km) and ends with a cool-down (1-2km) and stretching session.
After the run, we encourage participants to stick around for a casual chat fostering a strong sense of community among our runners.

Strength training at WeMoa focuses on building real strength through quality movement. Every session is coached, intentional, and designed so you feel seen, supported, and guided — no matter your experience level.
We prioritize good technique over high reps, smart progressions over rushing, and sustainable training that supports your life outside the gym. Our strength offerings range from runner-specific training to focused PURE STRENGTH sessions, all built around the same principle: move well, build strength with purpose, and grow together.

This session is designed for anyone who wants to move better, feel lighter, and build real control over their body. Mobility & Control goes beyond stretching — it develops coordination, stability, and strength through range in the angles and movements that usually feel “weak,” “stiff,” or “unfamiliar.” Perfect for beginners and experienced movers alike.
